Les Prémices is an independent, authorised distributor of Kangen Water machines, manufactured and sold by Enagic International. All product purchases, payments, and warranties are processed and fulfilled directly through Enagic.

Customer Information

Orders, Payments & Returns
All purchases are made directly through Enagic’s official platform. Les Prémices does not collect or process payments.
Returns and cancellations are subject to Enagic’s policies, including:
- 14-day cooling-off period for eligible refunds
- Manufacturer warranties on all products
